付文龙 副教授，三峡大学

Fu Wenlong, Associate professor/doctoral supervisor of China Three Gorges University, Chutian Scholar and Three Gorges Scholar, received PhD from Huazhong University of Science and Technology in 2016. He has been engaged in research work on artificial intelligence application, energy system modeling and regulation, and health management of electromechanical equipment for a long time. He has published more than 40 SCI/EI papers as the first/corresponding author, 1 academic monograph and 2 authorized patents. 10 papers have been listed into ESI highly cited and hot papers successively. He has served as guest editor of SCI journals including Frontiers in Energy Research and Sustainability, reviewer of many authoritative journals. He was selected as World’s Top 2% Scientists 2022, won First Prize of Outstanding Academic Paper in Natural Science of Yichang in 2020, Second Prize for Science and Technology Progress Award of Chinese National Committee on Large Dams in 2021, and Special Contribution Award of IEEE PES Committee on Energy Development and Power Generation Technology in 2022. He won the Outstanding Reviewer Award of IOP Publishing(2019) and Top Cited Paper Award of IOP Publishing(2022). 

付文龙，三峡大学副教授/博导，楚天学者，三峡学者，2016年博士毕业于华中科技大学。长期从事人工智能应用、能源系统建模与调控、机电设备健康管理等研究工作，以第一/通讯作者发表SCI/EI论文40余篇，10篇论文先后入选ESI高被引、热点论文，出版学术专著1部、授权专利2项；SCI期刊Frontiers in Energy Research、Sustainability客座主编，多个国内外权威期刊审稿人；入选2022年全球前2%顶尖科学家榜单，获2020年宜昌市自然科学优秀学术论文一等奖、2021年中国大坝工程学会科技进步二等奖、2022年IEEE PES能源发展与发电技术委员会特殊贡献奖；获2019年英国物理学会（IOP）出版社杰出审稿人奖、英国物理学会（IOP）出版社2019-2021期刊论文top1%高被引论文奖。
