汤涛 博士，长沙理工大学

He is the leader of key science and technology project of China Southern Power Grid. He has presided over the Youth Project of National Natural Science Foundation, Hunan Provincial Natural Science Foundation, Youth Project, Hunan Provincial Education Department Key Laboratory Project, and participated in the completion of a number of national key research and development projects, National Natural Science Foundation key projects, power grid science and technology projects, etc. He has applied for more than 10 patents and published more than 20 papers in important journals at home and abroad.

南方电网重点科技项目负责人，主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、湖南省自然科学基金面上、青年项目、湖南省教育厅重点实验室项目等国家级省部级项目，参与完成国家重点研发计划项目、国家自然科学基金重点项目、面上项目、电网科技项目等多项；申请专利十余项，在国内外重要刊物上发表论文二十余篇。
